Habit means certain things get done automatically. Many youth want to get rid of bad habits or introduce good behavior as habit. When they decide, it is done for short time and again past mistake is repeated. For example, when you resolve to get up early for physical exercise, you get up early for 2-3 days and then it is stopped.
