Many youth, do not fall asleep as soon as they lie on bed. Hours passes by changing one side to other. Our getting up time is fixed because office time / college times are fixed, isn’t it? Recent survey reveals that 93% of Indians get up with an incomplete sleep. Full sleep means, you get up without alarm. And you feel enthusiastic without tea/coffee or bath. Less is sleep more are chances for early death.
